This hotel has a fantastic location, close to everything, just steps away from a bustling beach and 700 feet from Puerto Angelito.

We stayed at Hotel San Juan in Puerto Escondido for two nights to recover from our jetlag. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly responding to any issues we had. The hotel was calm, clean, and well-organized. Before checking out, Mrs Olivia went above and beyond to help us rent a car and even arranged for it to be dropped off at the hotel. We were amazed when we realized we had left our purse with a large amount of money at the hotel, but one of the employees found it and returned it to us, with no money missing. We are so grateful for the honesty and kindness of the staff at San Juan. This was the best decision to stay here, and we felt welcome and at home throughout our stay. Absolute worth to spend your holiday here!

First of all, let me say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The value for money was incredible. It's hard to find a hotel with such reasonable prices that offers such great amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any request. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and conveniently located just down the street. The hotel's location was also ideal, with everything close by - the bus terminal, the beach, and an array of restaurants.

Convenient location for strolling at the Commercial Walkway. The triple room was really comfy, and all the facilities were in good working order. Only half a mile from the airport, so super easy to get there. 🛫

Friendly staff, good location near beach and main road, nice pool area, AC and TV worked well, allowed us to keep luggage after checkout, family-owned, great cafe nearby

Nothing that I didn't like

The hotel offered two complementary activities during our stay, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main beach and the main street with all the restaurants and shops. the hotel had a beautiful garden where you could relax and enjoy the colorful flowers.

The noise level was really high, making it difficult to get some rest and sleep. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow.

The staff at Hotel San Juan were incredibly helpful and kind. They made our stay enjoyable and provided excellent service. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. I recommend this hotel.
